🏠 Mobile Home Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of mobile home purchases, all sales are considered final once payment is made and/or a purchase agreement is signed.

✅ Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

   If you were accidentally charged more than once or overbilled, we will issue a full refund of the excess amount.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

📦 Damaged or Defective Homes

All homes are inspected prior to delivery. If your home arrives with significant structural damage, you must:
